Reference a Section

The Content Editor allows you to create a link to another section within the book. Specify a section by looking up with its title. When the page is rendered, the link's text is replaced with the section's location such as Chapter 3, Section 4.1, Section 5.1.3, and so on. For a section with depth greater than 3, the title of section is used instead.

You can look up by section title, and the link text is automatically populated based on the section hierarchy.

Reference a Figure

Referencing a figure works similarly— look up a figure by its caption and its link text is rendered with the figure number.
